Implementation sequence:
Step 1: Foreigners access the Electronic Visa Information Page of the Electronic Immigration Information Portal (“https://evisa.gov.vn”) to enter information for electronic visa application, upload portrait photo and passport personal information page. After completing this step, the foreigner will be given an electronic file code by the system.
Step 2: Pay the visa fee to the account specified on the Electronic Visa Information Page.
Step 3: Receive results. Foreigners applying for an electronic visa use the electronic file code to check the processing results at the Electronic Visa Information Page. In case an electronic visa is granted, the electronic file code is used to print the electronic visa.

Information on the electronic visa application (form NA1a) is posted on the Electronic Visa Information Page of the Electronic Immigration Information Portal.
Portrait photo 4cm x 6cm (Upload to the Electronic Visa Information Page).
Passport personal information page photo (Upload to the Electronic Visa Information Page). – Processing time: no more than 03 working days from the date of receiving complete information on the electronic visa application and visa fee

– Name of application form, declaration form (if any): Information on request for issuance of Vietnam e-visa (Form NA1a issued with Circular No. 57/2020/TT-BCA dated June 10, 2020 amending and supplementing a number of articles of Circular No. 04/2015/TT-BCA dated January 5, 2015 of the Ministry of Public Security stipulating forms of documents related to entry, exit, transit, and residence of foreigners in Vietnam).

+ Foreigners are citizens of countries on the list of countries granted e-visas according to the Resolution of the Government of Vietnam;
+ Foreigners have passports and are not in cases where entry is not allowed
